E-mail signature

Structure

The e-mail signature is always structured according to the scheme Temporary Event Banner, Info Card, Info Banner and Disclaimer, whereby only the Info Card and Disclaimer areas are always listed.

This signature is automatically added to emails sent to external partners; the signature is not added to internal emails.

The Event Banner and Info Banner areas are optional and are only included if required.

This means that the
Corporate MULTIVAC e-mail signature always consists of a fixed part (info card, disclaimer),
and a variable part (temporary event banner, info banner).

Specifications 

Temporary Event Banner

Will be created by Marketing on request, please contact mc@multivac.de and then assigned to the relevant persons by IT. To do this, please create a ticket with IT: Ticket system

Info Card

No changes are possible here; the data is entered centrally via IT. The personal data originates from the GHRID database of the HR department. If there are any errors in your contact details, please contact your HR department.

Info Banner

Marketing offers under mc@multivac.de support with the design, implementation is carried out by IT via the Ticket system

Disclaimer

The setting is made centrally by IT. If the disclaimer contains incorrect or outdated information, please contact us directly via the Ticket system to IT.
